Returns / Cancellation Policy
You have a period of 72 hours after an order has been placed to cancel and receive a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you will have to wait to receive the item/s, and a return label will be sent you to return the item. Once we receive the item/s back, we can process your refund.
You have a period of 30 days from the date of receiving the item/s in which to return for a refund or exchange an item as long as within the following guidelines:
- Any clothing must be returned clean and unworn.
- Any item returned with smells, staining, or any kind of damage are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns/Exchanges are not available after 30 business days have passed since an item was received.
- Returns due to color variation are not allowed or accepted - we can not control color perceptions or variations due to an individual's eye, viewing screen, natural variation in dyes used for material used, etc.
In order to request a return/exchange, please email info @ nappyroots.com with your order #.
Please allow up to 3 business days for a response. If your return request is approved, a USPS return label will be emailed for you to print out and attach to the packaging. Then you simply put it in a standard mailbox to be picked up. Once we receive the item/s back, we will assess the condition. As long as the item is within the bulleted guidelines outlined above, we will issue the return, but not before receiving the item/s back in our possession.
If exchanging an item, please allow additional production/shipping time for the exchanged item to be delivered.
